DESCRIPTION:

The urban planning of Pineda de Mar establishes a restrictive use regime for industrial uses only. Only industries of production and transformation, warehouses of all kinds, without sale to the public, transport, construction materials, garages and service stations, repair shops and all those which, because of their nuisance, danger or discomfort, are not compatible with housing, are allowed.
