DESCRIPTION:

EFAarquitectes, a member of Grup Portes, has been awarded the project tender for the architectural services contract for the “Project for the Improvement of the Urban Space in Can Feu Gracia de Sabadell” tendered by Sabadell City Council. In images, the winning proposal of the team formed by architects, landscape architects, town planners and engineers.

The purpose of the contract is as follows:

• Drafting of the preliminary project and the basic and executive project, including the Health and Safety study and report for the geotechnical campaign for Sector 1.
• Drafting of the mobility study for the tender sectors.
• Project management of works in Sector 1.

The surface area of the area is 111,383 m².
