• Drafting of the MP of the Urban Improvement Plan (PMU): to remodel urbanistically and transform the uses of the current planning.
• Drafting of the Reparcelation Project: delimitation of the plot.
• Drafting of the Urbanization Project: project of works in order to implement the material execution of the determinations of the urban plan.
• Drafting of the Building Project: basic-executive project for the construction of a shopping center.
• Direction of the works.

The total constructed area of the new building is 2,950 m².
