DESCRIPTION:
Drafting of the urban improvement plan that is developed in order to define a new planning proposal, as an alternative to the one proposed by the POUM, in 2015. This modification aims to diversify the uses and activities allowed with the expansion and qualification of land destined for tertiary area, and to rearrange the sector to promote the creation of a green corridor between Avenida Catalunya and Carrer del Camí Reial, in order to ensure communication between the two vials, generate public spaces with various functionalities and generate access to the commercial and residential areas ordered in its environment.
