The aim of the modification of the urban planning regulations of the PGO is to achieve greater clarity of application of the urban planning regulations, this means:

• Modify Urban Planning articles that regulate parameters related to the construction and the relative situation of a use or activity of premises for public use and that have generated doubts in their application over time and that experience has shown which are not well enough regulated or which have some shortcomings.
• Eliminate from the Urban Planning normative aspects that are subject to sectoral regulation of application.
