DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of the specific planning modification is to create a new piece of equipment system, key 7b, to accommodate the health-care use in the surroundings of the Pozo de Fèlix Park in relation to Àngel Guimerà street. At the same time, the current road layout of Nueva Street and Àngel Guimerà Street will be regularized, adjusting it to the existing reality.

The proposal specifies the following actions:

Incorporation of key 7b in the surroundings of the Pozo de Fèlix Park.
Adjustment of the qualification of key 6b, free spaces, and 5, road system, recognizing the existing reality.
