DESCRIPTION:

EFAarquitectes is in charge of the entire process of the Reparcelation and Urbanization project of the area in question.

Reparcelling Project:

– Elaboration of the topographical survey.
– Study of the structure of the property and ownership, state of charges, encumbrances and existing rights.
– Preparation and drafting of the reparcelling project according to current legislation.

Urbanization Project:

All the previous works and elaboration of the necessary documentation according to law.

The urbanization of this PAZ 8 is mainly articulated by the layout of Barcelona Street, which crosses the industrial estate, first parallel to the road, and then making a turn and connecting with it, and by the urbanization of the side of the road, Alfonso I Avenue, with a side road and a landscaped parterre separating it from the BP-5107 roadway. The spaces to be urbanized are complemented with the consolidation of the Paseo Font de en Robet, extending this road to the side road of the road, and leaving it ready to be connected in the future with Girona street, crossing it with a bridge over the Riera de Cañas. The project also contemplates the urbanization of different green areas distributed throughout the PAU 8 area, as well as single-platform walkways, with priority for pedestrians, which will complete the road network that will provide access to the different housing and facilities that are expected to be developed in this area.

The total area of action is 33,000 m2.
