DESCRIPTION:

EFAarquitectes is in charge of the drafting of the Basic and Executive Project of the Shopping Center of the Llac Center building in Sabadell. The process to convert the old building called “Llac Center” into a student residence. The tasks we developed in this part of the building in front of the Parc de Catalunya in Sabadell are the following:

• Demolition Project.
• Basic and executive project of adaptation and compartmentalization of the existing building in premises.

The total built area of our work exceeds 24,600 m².
